Infra Dev Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Provide technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure development and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow modules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.


 

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure development.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
• Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
