Infra Dev Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and PowerShell to ensure seamless integration and automation.
• Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure management ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and skilled team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into the infrastructure strategy.
• Participate in regular team meetings providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges or concerns.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and PowerShell demonstrating proficiency in these technologies.

• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
