Infra Dev Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide expertise in ServiceNow Secops to enhance security operations and incident response.
• Manage the ServiceNow ITAM module to optimize asset management and tracking.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Develop and support ServiceNow HRSD to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM to enhance IT service management and improve service delivery.
• Implement ServiceNow ITOM to optimize IT operations and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and secure IT operations positively impacting society.


 

Qualifications

•  
• Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Secops ITAM Integration GRC HRSD ITSM and ITOM.
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
• Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
