• DMARK SPF DKIM
• Message Trace Sentinal Audit Logs
• ServiceNow ITSM Experience
• Mailbox Migration using native and 3rd party tools
• Understanding of differences between licenses (e3 f3 etc)
• Advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
• System configuration and optimization
• Implementing new features and updates
• Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Coordinating with vendors for complex issues
