Infra. Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Shell scripting Python SQL Server Oracle and Linux systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Control-M Batch Operations and Control-M Scheduler.
• Monitor and maintain Control-M-Distrib Prod Control to ensure efficient workflow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in all IT operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline IT operations and reduce manual efforts.
• Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics.
• Participate in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support for IT operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring reliable and efficient IT infrastructure.


 

Qualifications

•  
• Possess strong expertise in Shell scripting Python SQL Server Oracle and Linux.
• Have hands-on experience with Control-M Batch Operations and Control-M Scheduler.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Control-M-Distrib Prod Control.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
