Job Description
Main Duties:
- Ensure effective operation of the Microsoft Core Services offering
- Understand and evaluate Microsoft roadmap changes and their impact on DWF’s service provision and user community
- Contribute to the design of new service offerings
- Produce documentation of Microsoft Core Services offerings, e.g. high/low level designs, change management related information.
- Work with the PMO function to ensure requirements are understood and can be delivered as agreed.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to advise progress or blockers on any on-going projects and requests.
- Represent the Microsoft Core Services team at Change Advisory Board and Design Council.
- Regularly attend Microsoft community events and take responsibility for developing your skills and understanding of Microsoft’s products
- Optimise DWF’s license commitment with Microsoft e.g. analysis where comparable functionality included in M365 E5 could replace applications requiring additional spend.
- Continuously assess Microsoft Core Services offerings and propose improvements to our service provision
Business Knowledge:
- Ability to articulate technology solutions to stakeholders who may not have a technical background.
- A broad understanding of the ways of working in a modern global legal services company.
- Legal / Professional Services industry background or knowledge preferred, but not essential
