Furthermore, you’ll need:
- Engineer infrastructure technology for use within public and private cloud environments
- Engineer infrastructure technology to comply with security, resilience, sustainability and operational requirements with observability and guardrails built in
- Use automation to provide testing and a route to live for the product, working with customers to help them use our products appropriately i.e. through a users’ CI/CD pipeline
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to inform product roadmaps, detailing lifecycles of the technology from new products through to end of support and retirement
- Support a set of environments used by a platform’s applications and assist as a point of contact for environment related activities.
- Enable the successful implementation of platform change and deliver customer value by assisting environment managers to deliver complex and critical environment related activities
- Support environment managers in preparing a rolling environmental strategy which considers the risks in relation to stability and resilience, creating stories and features for the domain backlog to enable a continual progression of changes
- Support environment managers in managing a set of non-production environments and maintaining non-production environment dashboards to ensure successful continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Understand and focus on customer value and providing a positive customer experience, continually looking for ways to increase speed, efficiency, quality, resilience and reliability by introducing automated and virtualised environments
