Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• AWS and Azure Certified Solutions Architect Professional
• Certified (SysOps | DevOps | Architect) Professional & Cloud Platform SME, experienced in Design, Build & Management of Public & Private Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Ready to work on shifts including night shifts.
• Knowledge on Service Management Concepts (Incident, Service, Change and Problem Management). ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
• Experience in implementing SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles and practices
• Expert the architecting as well as design of infrastructure including servers, storage, workstations, middleware, non-application software, networks, and the physical facilities that support the applications and business processes.Experience in Operations and Team Management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• High availability configuration and troubleshooting. Storage concept – file system. Networking design and troubleshooting
• OS Patching runbook creation and troubleshooting. Vulnerability mitigation. Mitigation.Active directory integration
• DNS design, migration and other related activities. Experience in IaaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Ansible, Terraform or cloud native tools
