Infrastructure Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for working with the Dev team and Infra team to manage upgrades, and remediation of EOVS and Vulnerability items across SMC application environments.
• Close coordination with Vendors and CTI teams to understand upcoming upgrades and to plan-ahead in coordination with application components.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 Years of relevant experience in managing Infra Support roles
• Good clear communication skills to engage across teams, proactive learner who can plan seamlessly working with stakeholders.
• Must have:
  • Knowledge of Operating system – Linux and scripting
  • Knowledge of Networking / Load balancers
  • Knowledge of Storage concepts (NAS / SAN)
  • Knowledge of HBA / Hardware
• Good to Have:
  • Scripting Language – Linux
  • Oracle
  • DevSecOps
  • Understanding of ECS architecture / implementation

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
