Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support Functional and System Test Automation Development.

• Participate in refinement meetings to understand the VFD Functions and System Testing requirements

• Support in preparing test infrastructure [Hardware In Loop, simulation and other Emulation setups] that can help in Functional and system level testing.

• Ownership of the Life Cycle Management of the test infrastructures.

• Ownership of the CI/CD environment which is used for the regression testing.

• Model requirement analysis, Development, Integration to Simulator, System execution, Testing and Test Automation.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in power electronics, electronics, electrical engineering, or related field with 4 to 7 years of experience in Simulations & Hardware in Loop simulations.

• Experience in Opal-RT & Typhoon-HIL is must.

• DevOps Tools Proficiency: Solid understanding of Jenkins and Azure Pipelines.

• DevOps Management: Strong expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and (or) Azure DevOps.

• Advanced Scripting Skills: Good exposure to advanced scripting in Python, Groovy, PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Good Proficiency in the Test Automation using C++/ C# / Python / Robo Framework.

  • Experience in working with Industrial Drives / VFDs (drives), Drives testing, knowledge on Drives Applications, Drive control loops, Drives Configurations and Drives System Topologies will have an added advantage.
