Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Understand systems, network, and cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize compliance frameworks like PCI, NIST, and ISO 27001 to implement security controls.
- Identify risks and secure AWS cloud Infrastructure
- Automate security tooling and reporting
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement recommended changes
- Collaborate with the Cloud team to implement
- Automate security incident detection and response using scripting languages
What you bring to the role
- B Tech in Computer Science/IT with coding experience.
- Preferably a specialization in Cybersecurity, Network, or Infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, systems, hardware, and OS.
- Experience in infrastructure scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Proficiency in operating systems such as RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, Mac, and Windows.
- Knowledge of container management solutions like Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS.
- Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (CFEngine, Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible).
- Understanding of OWASP10, DDoS attacks, and general bot attacks.
- Knowledge of vulnerabilities and their management.
- Understanding of network and endpoint security controls.
- Willingness to perform audits and support BCP DR requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
