🔹 Key Responsibilities

The intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop & configure custom GPT models

• Create and set up AI models tailored to specific project instructions and business needs.

1. Train models for accuracy & consistency

• Optimize the GPT’s ability to deliver accurate, context-specific, and high-quality responses through prompt engineering and iterative training.

1. Monitor performance & suggest improvements

• Track model usage, evaluate response patterns, and recommend enhancements to improve accuracy, relevance, and overall user experience.

🔹 Requirements

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and hands-on experience working with ChatGPT or similar LLMs.
• Ability to design, test, and refine prompts for different use cases.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret model behaviors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
