AI Developer

Type of required functional knowledge (depth, breadth):

• Proficiency in coding languages, frame works and platforms
• Service orientation
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and propose effective solutions
• Ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions

• Familiarity in agile development
• Creating and setting up AI Infrastructure & environment for deploying and managing AI solutions
• Assessing AI Tools and practices across data, models and software engineering focusing on continuous improvement and identifying areas for enhancement
• Professional understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV) and Generative AI (GAI)
   

Type and length of experience required for the position:

• At least 5 years professional domain experience as an IT software engineering specialist
   

Further skills and competencies required:

• Good spoken and written language skills (EN, assignment country language is a benefit) 
• Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
