JAVA - API Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Java API Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance APIs and backend services.
. With 10+ Years in Software Development with strong expertise in Java and API development with Core Java (8+) wiht Streams, Lambdas, Functional Programming, Collections, Concurrency Performance Tuning, Multithreading & Asynchronous Programming, Exception handling, serialization, annotations.
. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Core Java (Java 8+), multithreading, asynchronous programming, and JVM performance tuning, along with strong experience in designing enterprise-grade APIs and microservices.
. Lead the design and development of high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
. Provide architectural guidance for scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
. Develop and maintain applications using Core Java (8+) features including: Streams API Lambda expressions Functional programming concept
. Design and develop REST APIs and API integrations for enterprise systems.
. Ensure APIs follow industry best practices (versioning, security, documentation).
. Design and implement multithreaded and concurrent systems.
. Build asynchronous APIs and event-driven solutions.
