Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and mobile applications.
• Optimize backend performance for high-load systems and ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers, to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and procedures, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with REST APIs and building microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Java.
