Required Tech Stack:

Core Skills:

• Java (JDK 11+)

• Spring Boot / Spring MVC

• Microservices architecture

• Any Database (SQL/NoSQL)

• Any Messaging Queue (preferably Kafka)

Must-Have Technical Expertise:

• Java Backend Development: Hands-on experience with Java 8+ features including Lambdas, Streams, and Functional Interfaces.

• Concurrent Programming: Ability to design and implement multithreaded and high-performance applications.

• Spring Frameworks: Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC/MyBatis/Hibernate.

• Messaging Systems: Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or MQ.

• RESTful Services: Strong knowledge of designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.

• Cloud & Containerization: Practical experience with Docker and deployments on AWS / Cloud Foundry / Azure.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• MongoDB or any NoSQL database experience.

  • Distributed Caching solutions like Hazelcast or Redis.
