Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Develop the need for the squad/product

·       Delivery of solutions (predominantly code) to a high standard in line with requirements, measured by minimal defects

·       Contribute actively to the process of continuous improvement and innovation

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Contribute to Arval IT Develop

·       Taking an active approach to development of higher quality and increased maintainability of business solutions.

·       Active participation in stand ups and other sprint activities to support other squad members in addition to performing their own work in full to a high standard.

·       Ensuring that unit testing and other activities to minimize defects and improve code quality are being performed.

Business and/or technical skills:

·       Develop software that meets development and security standards, while incorporating data and security objectives 

·       Optimize existing code and improve its maintainability 

·       Integrate software packages and in the definition of settings 

·       Implement and/or create a test strategy Install the product deployment tools in the different environments

·       Stay updated on the latest technological and innovations and best practices in development

·       Upgrade and/or help to upgrade the documentation 

·       Help in implementing improvements to his/her activity and maintaining technical know-how for legacy systems: 

Participate in internal and external developer networks to communicate and share best practices
