Java Developer

Direct Responsibilities

• Develop andmaintainJava-based applications 
• Contribute to all Agile phases: design, development, testing, and release 
• Ensure code quality through code review, testing, and documentation 
• Support production issues and incident resolution 
• Implement and expose REST APIs and microservices 
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives

Contributing Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international teams (e.g., Germany partners) 
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes 
• Use AI-assisted tools to support development and testing activities 
• Ensure compliance with security and development standards

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Minimum 5yearsexperiencein Java development, including JEE projects and cloud migration/development
• Solid experience in backend development (Java SE, Java EE, Spring ecosystem)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of persistence frameworks (JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data)
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, T-SQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Experience with testing frameworks and code quality tools
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
