DevOps Tools Engineer

• Develop and maintain tools and utilities using C#/.NET.
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and maintain Windows-based applications and services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis for application, build, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency.
• Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET and software development fundamentals.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Git, build automation, and release processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Windows Security, Virtualization, WiX Toolset, and advanced scripting.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, infrastructure automation, and deployment frameworks.
• Exposure to installer packaging, software distribution, and enterprise Windows ecosystems.
