Java Full Stack Developer

Direct Responsibilities

• Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal communication, client interaction skills and an excellent team player.
• Have sound knowledge of the Development life cycle & high level of exposure to processes.
• Has sound knowledge in banking domain. Good Business and Functional Knowledge.
• Have Good experience in Angular, Java, Springs boot framework, Sybase/Oracle.  
• Exposure to Performance tuning
• Exposure to Configuration management and Release management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic to work in challenging environment.
• Exposure to Agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban) 

Contributing Responsibilities

• To Train newcomers / Juniors for functional and technical knowledge
• To improve the existing process 
• To improve the application performance

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Good understanding of Oops and RDBMS concepts
• Hands on experience in writing code using Angular, Java spring boot framework. 
• Proficiency in writing PL/SQL, stored procedures (Sybase, Oracle)
• Prior experience of working in Linux environments, and Shell scripting will be added advantage.   
• Ability to perform business and technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical).
• Knowledge / Experience of the Investment services industry / Funds Administration will be a plus.
• Have sound knowledge of the Development life cycle preferably with Agile methodology & high level of exposure to processes.
• Exposure to Performance tuning
• Exposure to Cloud & AI will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Configuration management and Release management.
  • Good hands-on experience in Unit testing, Integration testing, L3 support and support to UAT and Prod users.
