Job Description
Direct Responsibilities
1. Involve in strategy and collaborate with stakeholders on the vision of the project
2. Engineer digital solutions for complex problems involving capital markets platforms
3. Modernization of applications by initiating study around gap analysis, architecting solutions and collaborating with the team to bring it to closure as per plan and schedule.
4. Use cutting edge Gen AI tools in SDLC to bring-in end to end optimization from software development to rollout
5. Hands on - Full stack development. (UI, Middleware, Services/API, Backend (SQL) using Java 17 or above, Angular 14 or above, J2EE, JPA/Hibernate, Stored procedures.
6. Involve in performance benchmarking and optimization using monitoring tools like Dynatrace
7. Work in a collaborated setup with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams
8. Understand and practice data security protocols and controls to ensure data protection.
9. Ensure usage of appropriate practises to ensure high quality (e.g. TDD).
10. Able to mentor a small team from a technical standpoint
