Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, reusable, and reliable web applications using Angular and Java
Write clean, well‑documented, testable code following coding standards and best practices
Implement complex UI/UX designs and integrate seamlessly with backend APIs/services
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
Participate in code reviews, enforce standards, and contribute to continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across UI and backend layers

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Lead or contribute to architecture/design discussions and establish best practices
Evaluate and recommend tools/technologies to improve developer productivity and solution quality
Conduct knowledge‑sharing sessions and support team capability building

Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend teams, and QA to deliver high‑quality features
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Work closely with QA to ensure test coverage, defect resolution, and release quality

Performance & Optimization

Conduct performance testing/analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve user experience
Implement strategies to enhance application speed, stability, and maintainability
