Jr Public Cloud Engineer

What you'll be doing

Overall 6+ years of infrastructure experience including 3+ years with Azure/AWS/GCP Cloud experience. 
•  The candidate should have a strong background in Linux and Windows based Systems, backup and storage administration, infrastructure performance and availability and public cloud environments. 
•  The candidate should have good understanding of the Azure/AWS/GCP security concepts and enterprise IT compliance requirements.
•  Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining all Azure/AWS/GCP infrastructure and services
•  Design and implement availability, scalability, and performance plans for the Azure/AWS/GCP managed service environment.
•  Continual evaluation of existing stack and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance, availability and security.
•  Hands-on technical expertise in Azure/AWS/GCP Security Architecture, automation, integration, and deployment (DevOps)
•  Extensive experience with Azure/AWS/GCP Services (Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Network Watcher, Azure Firewall, Azure/AWS/GCP SQL Database, StorSimple, Azure Site Recovery etc.)
•  Good understanding of Azure Active Directory
•  Hands on experience with automation/configuration management using ARM templates 
•  Good overall understanding of Linux and Windows operating system
•  Linux User Administration, Patching, Security (I tables, etc) & Networking concepts
•  Good experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
•  Experience with monitoring tools  like Azure Monitor, Nagios, nimsoft etc
•  Experience in using Cloud Backup solutions using Azure Backup, Commvault etc
•  Implement process and quality improvements through task automation
•  Azure Infrastructure Certification is required
