Junior Associate

Role Responsibilities

• Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation/manual scripts for projects of simple to high complexity
• Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusability
• Understands software quality best practices, test case -development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; actively participates in process improvements 
• Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving. 
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with teams

Role Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
• 3 years of software quality assurance experience
• Experience in testing web-based solutions and Mobile applications
• Experience in Functional/Regression/E2E testing
• Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
• Prior knowledge of finance is good to have
• Experience with test management systems (e.g. Jira Zephyr etc.)
• Strong Experience in BDD Cucumber, Selenium tool
• Strong knowledge of implementing Web/Mobile automation for angular or native react applications
• Hands on experience in Core Java and related scripting
• Strong background in test writing to provide full spectrum testing
• Familiar with deployment strategies, including creation and oversight of multiple QA environments
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globally
