Junior Test Engineer

Experience/Skills: Fresher

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical information as part of software requirement analysis
• Keen sense of ownership
• Good team player with the ability to stretch (time-wise) when required
• Willing to work in high-pressure environment
• Skills in test execution and debugging (or) trouble-shooting within a multi-tasking environment

• Must be flexible, independent, and self-motivated
• Exposure to mobility space, testing of apps
• Conversant in defect reporting with clear articulation
• Good knowledge on UNIX/SQL
• Good programming skills preferably in Java

In addition the following activities are optional: (Good, if they have)

• Be flexible, even in the light of an environment that sometimes uses modified Agile and other times more of a waterfall process.
• Knowledge in Software engineering process/principles, Iterative development process

Qualification Requirements:

• B.E/ B.Tech/M.C.A–Preferably Computers Science / Information Technology/Electronics
