Java Backend Developer

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for core OMS modules — job management, reporting, calibration, and compliance
• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready Java code using Spring Boot
• Optimise database queries and data models for performance and traceability
• Collaborate with frontend developers and domain specialists to deliver complete features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
• Maintain and improve existing services with a focus on reliability and scalability

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and query optimisation
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices
• Understanding of authentication and authorisation (JWT, OAuth2)
• Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus
