What you will be doing

Manage and optimize AI models, including performance monitoring, retraining, and deployment.
Build and label datasets for computer vision projects (classification, detection, segmentation).
Deploy agentic AI infrastructure on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines.
Develop AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Autogen, and Google ADK.
Mentor and upskill engineers on AI workloads and best practices.
Define project scope and success criteria with stakeholders.
Lead Agile project execution and manage risks, dependencies, and reporting.
Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in AI or Data Science are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering application deployment and project delivery.
Strong Python skills (OOP), AI deployment experience, and software architecture knowledge.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
