Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and operation of enterprise-scale DevOps and cloud platforms.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available Azure-based platform architectures.
- Build and operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, including cluster strategy, node pools, ingress, networking, workload isolation, secrets management, upgrades, autoscaling, and lifecycle management.
- Establish enterprise GitOps-based deployment models using Argo CD or equivalent technologies.
- Design environment promotion strategies, RBAC, multi-cluster management, and CI/CD integrations.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Design and implement Azure networking, identity and access management, security controls, governance, high availability, and disaster recovery standards.
- Configure and govern source control, artifact management, and CI/CD platforms.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
- Administer and operate Linux environments supporting Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes.
- Implement platform security, reliability, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production infrastructure and platform issues.
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure capacity, artifact storage, and platform resources for performance and cost.
- Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green deployments on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, architecture, and leadership teams to define scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Independently drive end-to-end platform setup and configuration with minimal supervision.
- Monitor platform health and identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
