Job Description

Role:

  • Lead the team of Cloud Support Engineers and work with US client team and managers.
  •  Support customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions
  • Identify areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security
  • Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to production environment
  • Manage incident response with engineers and clients
  •  

Skills:

  • Familiarity with the following technologies: Linux, git, ruby, bash, AWS / Azure / Google Cloud, Kubernetes, MySQL, Solr, Apache Tomcat, Java, Graylog, Kibana, Zabbix, and Datadog
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a cloud-based application environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role
