Lead DevOps Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Cloud Platform Experience: Proficiency in AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• CI/CD Tools: Strong experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitOps (ArgoCD or Flux), or similar tools.
• Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Containerization: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration, plugins and networking.
• Security: Understanding of security principles and best practices in a DevOps environment.
• Version Control: Working experience with Git, Bitbucket or similar version control tools.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to have skills:

• Microservices Architecture: Working experience with principles of microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, and inter-service communication.
• Monitoring and Observability: Hands on experience with DataDog, Sumologic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or similar tools.
• Certifications: Relevant certification is DevOps space from AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Programming: Experience with .Net application environments and programming languages like C#, javascript.
