Lead DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern branching strategies across teams
• Own end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, including:
  • Build and container image creation
  • Artifact versioning and uploads to Artifactory
  • Multi‑landscape deployments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
• Design deployment strategies that enable legacy system coexistence 
• Lead Kubernetes orchestration using Helm Charts
• Architect and maintain multi‑cloud deployments across:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • GCP
• Establish DevOps security best practices:
  • Secure pipelines
  • Access control
  • Compliance with enterprise and industry standards
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and enable DevOps best practices across squads
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and security teams

Requirements
 

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Jenkins (preferred), GitLab, and Git hooks
• Advanced hands‑on expertise with:
  • Kubernetes
  • Helm Charts
• Proven experience handling:
  • CI/CD pipeline orchestration
  • Image builds and artifact management
• Multi‑cloud experience (mandatory at lead level)
• Strong scripting and automation mindset
• Deep knowledge of DevOps security standards
