Lead I - Software Testing

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Selenium WebDriver automation.

• Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

• Hands-on experience with API automation testing using Rest Assured.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation into build and deployment processes.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized test environments.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead QA teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
