Lead Infrastructure Engineer

 Operators & Controllers: Develop Kubernetes operators using Kubebuilder/Operator SDK, implement CRDs, build lifecycle management systems, create helm charts and ClusterResourceSets.

• Cloud-Native Apps: Architect microservices with Kubernetes primitives, implement resilience patterns, multi-container Pods

• Cluster Infrastructure: Design production clusters, networking solutions, RBAC, security policies, autoscaling, cost optimization

• Container Security: Image scanning, runtime security, admission control, secrets management, supply chain security

• Service Mesh & Observability: Istio/Linkerd , Advanced traffic management implementation, distributed tracing, Prometheus monitoring, anomaly detection

• DevOps & GitOps: CI/CD integration, ArgoCD/Flux deployment, infrastructure-as-code, Ansible, Terraform, automated testing, progressive delivery

• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications, integrating testing, security, and deployment workflows

• Storage & Data: Persistent storage solutions, database operators, backup/recovery, data replication, multi-cluster sync

• Leadership: Code reviews, mentoring, incident response, documentation, open-source contributions

• Use Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform/Ansible / CAPI) to manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
