Lead Manual Engineer

• Advanced Software Testing Skills with good domain knowledge in industrial products.

• Test strategy, test estimation and planning

•  Learn and apply project high-level and detailed business requirements

•  Experience of testing embedded systems firmware is a must

•  Experience in industrial protocols like modbus, BACnet, BLE, WiFi based product testing preferably.

• Basic knowledge of IP networking concepts

• Have a working knowledge of hardware interface, debugging on hardware & use of test equipment’s like multimeter, oscilloscope, function generators

• Review and maintain all project documentation and document test results

• Maintain understanding of current and new testing technologies

• Communicate effectively with constituents at all levels

• Need to demonstrate – Quality, Initiative, Quantity, Dependability and Teamwork

• Experience in HVAC domain or Industrial automation domain is plus.

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

• Demonstrate sustained initiative, proven ability to work independently and take on complex tasks with minimal direction

• Solid creativity and innovation Ability to understand issues, debugging issues and take appropriate action

• Strong English communication skills - oral and written.
