Job Description
Manage and support production application environments, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.
• Design and maintain application infrastructure architectures across hybrid cloud platforms.
• Enforce IT governance, security policies, and compliance standards for applications and infrastructure.
• Implement DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, security analysis, remediation and integration.
• Reduce MTTR and outage windows through automation, proactive monitoring, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with application, network, security, and platform teams to troubleshoot and assess business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application upgrades, patching, and infrastructure optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and cross team coordination.
• Participate in 24x7 on call rotations as required.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in the below skills :-
• Application Infrastructure Design
• DevOps / DevSecOps
• Enterprise IT Operations
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Application Infrastructure Architecture (Hybrid: On-Prem, SaaS, PaaS)
• Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, AIX
• Cloud Platforms: AWS ; Azure
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, and/or Azure for scalable AI implementation
• Agentic AI & RAG: Designing autonomous agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Microsoft Power Platform and Co-pilot experience preferred.
• MLOps/AIOps: Skills in automating, managing, and monitoring AI agents, pipelines and agent security.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes, JFrog
• CI/CD & Automation:
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Control-M, Ansible
• Terraform, Python, Shell Scripting
• Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Remedy or equivalent ITSM platforms
