Linux Admin

What you will do:

Administer, monitor, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) in virtual and bare-metal environments
Vulnerability scan and patching of servers.
Configure and manage KVM-based virtualization using tools like libvirt, virsh, virt-manager, or oVirt
Deploy, upgrade, and support Kubernetes clusters (on-premise or cloud-managed)
Manage virtual networking, storage, and performance tuning for VMs and containers
Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Shell scripting, or Python
Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment
Monitor system health, performance, and security using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Nagios
Manage user access, RBAC, and system hardening for Linux and Kubernetes
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues at the OS, virtualization, and container layers
Document system configurations, SOPs, and change management processes

The skills you bring:

3+ years of Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
2+ years of hands-on experience with KVM/QEMU virtualization
1–2+ years of managing Kubernetes clusters (Kubeadm, Minikube, or managed solutions like EKS, AKS)
Experience with libvirt, bridge networking, and VM lifecycle management
Good understanding of container runtimes (Docker, containerd, CRI-O)
Strong knowledge of Linux storage, LVM, filesystems, and tuning
Experience with network troubleshooting and tools (iptables, firewalld, tcpdump, etc.)
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
Experience with OpenShift, KubeVirt, or OpenStack
RHCSA/RHCE or equivalent Linux certification
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a plus
Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
Exposure to hybrid cloud or on-premise cloud-native infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Good communication and documentation skills.
