To be successful as a Unix infrastructure engineering lead , you should have experience with:

Provide technical direction and leadership in Unix engineering, ensuring the team meets the requirements of customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of highly skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Unix engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Lead the adoption and integration of IaC tools to streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes.
Maintain a deep understanding of Unix operating systems, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and coding languages such as Ansible , Python, Perl, and Shell scripting.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the Unix engineering capabilities of the organization, aligning with overall business goals.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with Unix engineering projects and operations.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
