Job Description
Responsibilities:
- • AI Strategy & Enablement
o Translate complex AI concepts into business-relevant language, outcomes, and benefits o Work with the global Digital & AI leadership team to align regional initiatives with enterprise strategy.
o Act as the advisor to business leaders across APJ to educate and translate AI opportunities. - • Use Case Identification & Prioritization
o Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI & automation use cases.
o Collaborate on business cases that demonstrate the ROI, efficiency gains, and innovation potential of AI-led initiatives. - • Solution Selection & Deployment
o Collaborate with vendors, global teams, system integrators (SIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to evaluate and select the most effective AI tools and platforms.
o Lead the deployment of approved AI solutions in collaboration with project managers, IT, and change management teams.
o Ensure strong adoption, business readiness, and user enablement. - • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
o Serve as the primary interface between business units, global digital teams, and external partners for AI initiatives in the region.
o Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes. - • Governance & Reporting
o Define KPIs and value metrics for AI initiatives; regularly report progress to APJ and global leadership.
o Ensure all AI projects adhere to data governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- >8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with the ability to evaluate their applicability to real-world business scenarios.
- Familiar with major AI ecosystems and platforms from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other leading ISVs and SIs.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation use cases in organizations, ideally in areas such as supply chain, customer service, sales enablement, or finance operations.
- Skilled in identifying high-impact opportunities and articulating the value of AI in clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, IT, and external partners, with a focus on outcomes, timelines, and adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders, driving change, and ensuring business readiness and user adoption
- Prior experience working on AI or automation initiatives preferred (but hands-on coding not required). o Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

o Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and driving influence without authority.
