Manager –AI & Data Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• ·       Architect, develop, and implement AI and data-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, with a focus on prompt engineering and optimization.
• ·       Write robust, efficient Python code for data processing, model integration, and workflow automation. Leverage Power Platform tools to automate business processes where needed.
• ·       Design, maintain, and query databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• ·       Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Apply strong business acumen to ensure delivered solutions drive measurable business value.
• ·       Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and other engineers to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful project delivery.
• ·       Identify challenges proactively and develop innovative technical solutions to complex business problems.
• ·       Present technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Document solutions, write technical reports, and provide training/support as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• ·       6+ years professional experience in software/data engineering or related roles.
• ·       Minimum 3 years in Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and LLM solutions.
• ·       Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  Expertise in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).
• ·       Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• ·       Proven ability to solve complex problems using both technical and analytical skills.
• ·       Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
