Job Summary

•    The role is to support Riskview application. As part of technology support to take complete ownership on Production support (Batch Management, Monitoring, Health Checks, ChangeManagement, Incident Management, Audit and Automations).
•    To provide complete support for the Riskview application, acting as an SME/ Individual contribution role and to cover BCP initiatives. Resource will also have an additional responsibility to drive the automations and Audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•    Day to day BAU system monitoring and health checks.
•    End to end batch management and Incident management.
•    Collaborate with project teams to resolve the issue effectively.
•    Establish relationships with CIO team and work together in reviewing and approving changes including taking change walk through.
•    Work with relevant platform teams with respect to Infrastructure related to the application that is being supported.
•    Support 247
•    Significantly contributes to bring an improvement in the manual tasks.
•    Collaboratively work with the stakeholders to drive the key deliverables.
•    Diagnosis & troubleshooting of the reported/escalated production issues.
•    End to end Support ownership in BAU and Stakeholder management.
•    Change / problem/ Risk & Audit Management.
•    Proactive and preventive work - Automations / monitoring mechanisms etc.
•    Service Improvement initiatives.
