Job Description
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to drive customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Design and implement recommendation engines and hyper-personalization solutions to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Perform customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, propensity modeling, churn prediction, CLTV prediction, and next-best-action modeling.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing, campaign measurement, uplift modeling, and marketing effectiveness analysis.
- Build robust data pipelines, feature engineering frameworks, and model monitoring processes.
- Build data-driven solutions to understand customer behavior, optimize customer journeys, improve engagement and retention, and deliver personalized experiences across marketing channels.
- Communicate insights and model recommendations effectively to business stakeholders.
Preferred Background
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, CRM Marketing, Customer Analytics, Loyalty Programs, or Digital Marketing Analytics.
- Experience working with customer transaction data, clickstream data, campaign data, and recommendation systems.
- Ability to understand business problems and convert them into measurable data science solutions.
