Job Description
- Take ownership of end-to-end data flows, from ingestion and transformation to activation, ensuring that marketing and product teams can rely on trusted, high-quality data.
- Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting Snowflake, Hightouch, Outreach, Braze, AWS, Exasol, BigQuery, and other systems at the core of our Marketing Engagement Platform.
- Design efficient and cost-optimized datasets with appropriate partitioning strategies, automated scheduling (Airflow), and pipelining frameworks (Spark, dbt).
- Ensure that data ingested into third-party marketing tools is clean, accurate, and actionable, enabling precise targeting, meaningful personalization, and reliable reporting.
- Develop a deep understanding of the data landscape, translating complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, prioritized engineering tasks.
- Proactively monitor, optimize, and scale systems, applying best practices to maintain performance, stability, and data integrity as the platform grows.

- Must have: Experience working in cloud environments, ideally with AWS and Google Cloud Platform, and a solid understanding of the data products and services offered within these ecosystems.
- Must have: Strong command of SQL, combined with proficiency in Spark and Python for data transformation, automation, and process optimization.
- Must have: Expertise in data warehousing and ETL design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with third-party tools used by non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable exploring these tools to validate data, ensure accuracy, and troubleshoot issues. Experience with Braze or other CRM platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent technical design and documentation skills, ensuring clarity, maintainability, and scalability across the data ecosystem.
- Ability to build, maintain, and monitor a modern data tech stack, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with technical and business needs.
- Experience with collaborative development practices using Git or similar version control systems.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in technical and business contexts.
