OpenShift Consultant - Engineer - Senior

Position: OpenShift Engineer

Experience: Maximum 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environments, ensuring reliable operation and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages to enhance efficiency in deployment, management, and scaling of OpenShift clusters.
• Continuously monitor OpenShift infrastructure and deployed applications, proactively addressing potential issues and providing solutions to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with application development teams to facilitate seamless deployments, scalability, and performance improvements within containerized environments.
• Create and regularly update detailed documentation including system configurations, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices to ensure operational clarity and knowledge transfer.

Skills Required:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and related container orchestration technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure security principles.
• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to solve complex technical problems efficiently.
