OpsRamp Practionr - Technical Services Engineer Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise tool architecture roadmap.
• Evaluate, select, and implement tools for ITSM, DevOps, monitoring, automation, and analytics.
• Lead tool integration efforts across platforms (e.g., CheckMK, OpsRamp,  Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tool capabilities.
• Ensure tools align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Develop and enforce governance policies for tool usage and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to tool administrators and engineers.
• Monitor tool performance and usage, recommending optimizations and upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, tool administration, or enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, AIOps, DevOps, and cloud-native tools.
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
