Pega/Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

• Develop, Modify, Review the code as per the design.

• Develop, Modify, Review the unit test cases and test data as per the design.

• Conduct unit testing and log results.

• Conduct peer reviews to ensure standards are followed, Prepare all documents as per quality procedures

• Providing support during various phases including testing, implementation and 24*7 production support.

• Should be a team player. should have ability in taking initiatives and maintaining congenial work environment.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all regulations and compliance of all internal controls.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Has hands-on development experience in V8.x/V24.x Pega Smart Dispute

• Should have hands on experience in implementing at least 3-4 scheme compliance releases

• Should have knowledge of schemes and VROL & MCOM related interfacing API knowledge

• Experience in PostgreSQL, HTML, XML, System API, AWS Cloud, Jira.

• Proficient in developing Process Flows and Rule based Business Process Management application on PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

• Has architectural acumen

• Involved in Formal Code Reviews, Peer Reviews, Walkthroughs, Application Audits and Inspections as needed to the project and ensure compliance with application quality and corporate standards

• Hands on experience in Integration (SOAP & REST), BIX, Case Management, PEGA Web Mashup, Listeners and Agents

• Expertise in developing User Interface: Harness, Sections, Flow Action and Flows (Rule-Obj-Flow), SLA’s, Utilities, Decisions

• Implementing user interfaces using Sections, Harness, and HTML, Property Rules and performing Validations.

• Should have hands-on experience of supporting 24*7 production support activities.

• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills along with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Evaluate, design, code and test improvement as required to complex modules

• Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome

• Develop technical documents for the application

• Experience of working in DevOps environment and on agile projects would be added advantage.

• Should have hands-on experience of supporting 24*7 production support activities.

• Need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, should have maturity to analyses and respond to incidents independently.
