Platform Engineering Technology Lead

You will bring

•Cloud Services and Infrastructure:
oVast experience with AWS and Azure Cloud Services
oDeep knowledge of cloud-based operational procedures and cloud ways of working for applications and infrastructure
oCloud infrastructure provisioning and administration, including native cloud services on AWS and Azure
oIntegration of cloud services with observability, security, IAM, and service management
oExperience in migrating a large number of applications from on-premises to the cloud

•Automation and Configuration Management:
oAutomation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Ansible)
oAutomation of servers and fleet management for a large number of cloud applications and their infrastructure

•Orchestration and Workflow Management:
oExperience with orchestration tools for workflow management like Crossplane, Airflow, ArgoCD

•Software Development:
oExpertise in software system design
oBuilding web/REST applications and API management in languages such as C#, Python, or Go

•Development Methodologies and Practices:
oFamiliarity with Agile methodologies for iterative development and releases
oExposure to DevOps and platform engineering practices

•Source Control and CI/CD:
oExperience with GitHub Enterprise for hosting, collaboration, and code review
oExpertise in CI/CD tools and building CI/CD pipelines

•Testing and Operational Procedures:
oExperience in test automation using testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
oUnderstanding of operational procedures like incident, problem, change, and configuration management

•Education: Master of science, computer technology or similar
•Experience: Minimum of 8+ years with relevant experience
