Job Description
Platform Specialist - Azure JD:
Product Support:
Serve as the first point of contact/SME for all DWP technical issues, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to DWP, discussing complex issues with vendor teams when necessary.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
System Configuration and Optimization:
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the platform for improved usability and efficiency.
Stay up to date with AppSpace Beezy updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the organization is leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
Drive compliance with all HSBC Cloud internal policies and engineering standards across cloud infrastructure, security, and DevOps practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and department heads, to align Digital Workplace functionality with business goals.
Gather feedback from users to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
Act as a liaison between the organization and Digital Workplace support and development team.
