Practice Director

• AI Agent Integration: Experience using AI agents for test generation and self-healing, and understanding protocols like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) which allows AI models to interact directly with the browser
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to design prompts that help AI tools generate, refactor, and fix Playwright tests accurately
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the application for effective test automation.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the testing team in test automation.
• Continuously improve test automation strategies and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Playwright for creating automated tests.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Selenium for test automation.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be considered an advantage.
