- Define the architectural roadmap for agentic AI systems that enhance semiconductor design, product engineering, verification & validation, and manufacturing workflows, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and integrated effectively within the enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex agentic workflows, from initial prototyping to production implementation - leveraging large-scale, unstructured to deliver robust, domain-specific AI systems from problem definition to production.
- Design and implement intelligent agents with key capabilities, including planning, tool use, memory, and reflection, using modern frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI agents with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms to enable effective task execution.
- Provide technical and strategic direction to the team in developing Agentic solutions as well as contribute to drive technical excellence in the team by establishing Best Known Methods (BKMs) for deploying LLMs and agentic systems in production environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define requirements & translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Benchmark and evaluate model performance using structured evaluation frameworks, and continuously refine models through prompt tuning, RLHF, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including process engineers, design engineers, product and test engineering teams, and data scientists—to define high-impact problem statements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Communicate technical insights and solution strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations.
