Job Description
Cloud Architecture & DevOps Leadership
• Design and manage secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Define cloud architecture standards, governance, cost optimization, and reliability best practices.
• Lead cloud modernization and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Establish and enforce DevOps standards, processes, and operational excellence across environments.
• Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD
• Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Drive automation across provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
• Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent tools.
• Improve deployment reliability, release management, and rollback strategies.
Reliability, Security & Observability
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Drive SRE practices including incident management, root cause analysis, SLIs, and SLOs.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Implement security best practices including IAM, KMS, secrets management, and DevSecOps controls.
• Partner with security teams to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met.
Collaboration & Technical Advisory
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to streamline delivery and deployment processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure, cloud, and deployment strategies.
• Influence technology and architecture decisions across the organization.
